The trade talks between Minnesota and Houston for Sage Rosenfels have ended. Minnesota offered a 3rd, Houston wanted a 2nd.

The Vikings, who currently have Tarvaris Jackson and Brooks Bollinger on the roster after cutting Kelly Holcomb, could still be looking for another QB. Maybe Losman is next?

If Rosenfels can draw a third, so can JP

If Rosenthals was offered for a third then Losman is worth a second rounder.

If they want a 2nd for Rosenfels...I want at least a 3rd for JP.

If they want a 2nd for Rosenfels...I want at least a 3rd for JP.

What they want and what they get are 2 different things.

Why would Minnesota want a QB as topsy-turvy as Losman.

They got a solid defense and a ridiculous running game.. They wanted Sage because they want a manager.. They will sign Todd Collins before Losman.

Seriously, why would a team like Minnesota WANT a QB like Losman? Gotta be kidding me.

I would take their 5th, cause that's the most we are going to get for him.

I'm surprised Minnesota would offer that much for Sage. I still don't think we get more than a fifth for JP, though.

If the report is true, Im going to be really pissed off if we dont get at least a 3rd for JP.

Talk about mishandling a QB...I don't really think Minny has given Tavaris Jackson a fair shake.
It must have been Holcomb mind tricks. :trance:

I'm a little more optimistic about JP offers. Some teams blindly fall in love with physical skills as much as fans do, and there's gotta be some coaches out there who think they can fix him.

I find it very difficult to believe that a single team who''s watched this guy is prepared to give up a draft pick in the first three rounds.

Hey, all the power to Buffalo if we find a sucker; but it aint happening.

A Vikings fan told me this.....Losman is Tavaris Jackson w/ a D1 pedigree
