According to Adam Schefter of NFL Network, the Browns gave up their 2nd round pick.

The Browns don't have a 1st round pick to give up for Williams...traded last year to get Quinn.

If this is true, Williams is MUCH better than anyone they coulda got in Rd2 at DT.
