    It should be a ban-able offense to say

    The words Free Agent and Overpaid in any phrase.

    The bottom line is this, people:

    In todays NFL you have to overpay to get the name guys everyone is throwing around. There are few surprises. The only "bargains" are guys who are thought to be well over the hill, coming off of serious injuries and/or suspensions or who have come off a practice squad.

        Nate Clements was overpaid last year. Ban me if you want. that fool is not worth 90 million dollars.

          You didn't say free agent. Actually, that is my point. If you wanted the name Nate Clements on your roster, you had to pay him STUPID money.

          I guess my other point is this. I want Lance Briggs on this team, but 70 million is going to be a HARD number to swallow.
