Just found this for Schefter:

Buffalo is making a major push to sign New York Giants (http://www.nfl.com/teams/newyorkgiants/profile?team=NYG) free-agent linebacker Kawika Mitchell (http://www.nfl.com/players/kawikamitchell/profile?id=MIT375441).

yes.... he's UFA.

had a very solid year, but not a pro bowler.

Lot of teams see him more as an ILB than and OLB though.

He played outside for NY. Has good size and good speed to go with it. He's also a very instinctive LB. Would be a great fit in out Cover 2.

kid is a hustler and is pretty damn physical.

him on the strong side and crow on the weak side gives us a solid and very physical lb core.

we also end up w 3 lbs who can play inside and out, cover, and stick.

very solid IMO
