He's got nice size and decent speed. If he can stay healthy he's a good tight end, better than what we have.

I would rather draft someone, Troupe has done nothing to warrant a big contract, i would take him over Robert Royal if he could stay healthy, but i think Martellus Bennett would be awesome in the 2nd rd and do same production as Troupe would give us,

It is good to see us bringing in players at position of need
For the record i would take Algie in a second

The Bills are going to need to bring in more than one TE this offseason because, while they have four on the roster now, there are real questions about whether three of them will be able to contribute anything offensively (Schouman, Massaquoi, and Teyo Johnson).

If the Bills shell out big money for A.Crumpler, it is doubtful that they would want to spend a first day pick (Rounds 1-3) on a TE. However, if they can bring in a cheaper alternative like Troupe, there is a better chance that they may invest a 2nd or, more likely, 3rd round pick on a TE like Bennett or Rucker (who has a ton of potential but will need time to develop).

Look at his stats, they went down the tube when Vince Young became QB. He had 55 catches a few years ago.

Look at his stats, they went down the tube when Vince Young became QB. He had 55 catches a few years ago.

That's because Vince Young is overrated and sucks as a QB.

And Michael Gaines. I think we should dump royall and keep gaines. I know that this might seem s\trange but i see potential in Gaines. I no there were points he looked awful but when he caught the ball he looked impressive. i say keep him for at least another year and add one in the draft

We don't have Gaines on this team right now. He's a FA.

Gaines is a FA so we really don't "have him".
