LEMON STAYS IN THE LAND OF ORANGES
Quarterback Cleo Lemon has a new team (http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm#), and he still won't be paying state income taxes.
According to Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com, Lemon has agreed to terms with the Jacksonville Jaguars (http://community.foxsports.com/blogs/Alex_Marvez/2008/02/28/Source_Porter_Samuel_set_for_visits). He previously played for the Miami Dolphins.
It's a three-year, $8.1 million deal. It includes a $2.95 million signing bonus and $4 million in incentives.
Lemon will serve as the backup to starter David Garrard.
