In an attempt to fill other needs this offseason, the Bills have expressed interest in former Tennessee tight end Ben Troupe, who is scheduled to visit with the team this weekend. The Bills have also had preliminary talks with former Arizona receiver Bryant Johnson, said agent Joel Segal, who represents both Johnson and Troupe.

The Bears are working to set up a visit with free agent WR Bryant Johnson.

It'd be Johnson's first visit. He could be in Chicago by early next week. It's no surprise that the overrated wideout isn't being highly sought after.

That would be awesome if we signed Johnson and Troupe. I like Johnson, feel he has more potential then Wilford and is younger. On another note that you didn't list in that AP article is the the Bills let Sam Aiken become a FA.

I'd still rather have Hackett, but I'd be happy with Johnson. It would at least give us more flexibility with the draft.
