Redskins and Cowboys make all the fancy moves and the Giants win the Super Bowl. Go figure.
Ok, fair enough. You are clearly more knowledgeable than I am when it comes to Jerry and his Cowboys so let me tell you how I see it.

    Cowboys starters:
    QB: Tony Romo - UDFA
    RB: Marion Barber III- Drafted
WR1: Terrell Owens - Elite FA
    WR2: Patrick Crayton - Drafted
    TE: Jason Witten - Drafted
    LT: Flozell Adams - Drafted
LG: Kyle Koiser - Average FA at best
    C: Andre Gurode - Drafted
RG: Leonard Davis - Labeled a bust by everyone.
RT: Mark Columbo - Former first rounder labeled a bust.

    Defense:
FS: Ken Hamlin - Average FA when he came to the Cowboys organization.
    SS: Roy Williams - Drafted
    SLB: Greg Ellis - Drafted
    MLB1: Bradie James - Drafted
    MLB2: Kevin Burnett - Drafted
    WLB: Demarcus Ware - Drafted
    RE: Chris Canty - Drafted
    NG: Jay Ratliff - Drafted
    LE: Marcus Spears - Drafted
    LCB: Terrence Newman - Drafted
RCB: Anthony Henry - Average FA

    Special Teams:
    K: Nick Folk - Drafted
    P: Matt McBriar - UDFA

So Hydro, 17 of the 27 mentioned were drafted by the Cowboys, 1 is an elite FA, the rest were average and some were even considered busts by all the "experts." I fail to see where all these "fancy moves" were made, looks like a guy who just knows how to draft. Sounds like you have Snyder (an idiot) confused with Jerry. In fact, we have spent more than he has on FA's over the past two seasons than Dallas has. WNY inferiority complex kicking in again?
