He has played in cold weather before coming from Penn St.

He will have the opportunity at the minimum of being a number two receiver and possibly a number one for a while if we can't extend Evans.

He has connections with Tike Tolbert

He will get paid more by buffalo than he did with Arizona

...the only reason he wouldn't get signed by us is if we get outbid by someone.

Dude is probably not going to be in a starting position in many other places than Buffalo...or Miami.
