BAD move IMO, I don't know what we are thinking bringing him back. He might be fast, but his absolute and total lack of effort is inexcusable.

Guess we haven't learned our lesson...

            Stecker re-signs, Green rejoins Bucs

TAMPA, Fla. -- Running back Aaron Stecker re-signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday, and wide receiver Jacquez Green agreed to terms, both on one-year contracts.

Stecker finished fifth in the NFC and eighth in the NFL among kick returners with a 25.2-yard average in 2002. Stecker also saw occasional duty in the backfield for the Super Bowl champions. He enters his fourth season with Tampa Bay after signing as an undrafted free agent in 2000. The previous season, Stecker was NFL Europes offensive MVP with the Scottish Claymores.

Green, a member of the Buccaneers from 1998-2001, rejoins Tampa Bay after spending the 2002 season with both the Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions.
