It ain't much, but its something...

Another name that has come up as a trade possibility for the Vikings is J.P. Losman of the Buffalo Bills. Here’s the skinny on Losman (http://www.nfl.com/players/j.p.losman/profile?id=LOS588329).
By the way, the "skinny" is just his NFL.com page. I saw something else this morning about a 3rd or 4th being offered... I'll see if I can find the link.

The Vikings might be able to trade for Buffalo backup quarterback J.P. Losman, 26, whose contract is for $1.9 million this season, for a third- or fourth-round draft pick.

Speculative... but at least its coming from a newspaper instead of a message board. Nothing against message boards!

I'd rather see JP go to Atlanta.

Why? Are you afraid he might do well in Minnesota with some real players around him?

GR8 hes going to do well wherever he goes.

I do not root for former Bill players that did not live up to expectation here in Buffalo.

Will his throws, decisions and field vision suddenly improve?

If JP is going to do well, its going to be with at least another season of game experience and with a hell of an O Line. Flustering him leads his worst play, that much is for sure.

I really hope a change of scenery will do wonders for that kid.

If by some miracle the Bills are able to steal a 3rd round pick in exchange for Losman...well, i don't know what I'd do but I'd be very happy, thats for sure.

I'm almost sure he will as long as he's given good weapons and a coach that knows how to use him properly. He was a hard worker and a class act. He just got screwed by bad circumstances.

He got more screwed by his own bad play.

he'll be fine. If Flutie can actually come back from being a bust to being a decent BACK UP, JP can do better . It's just a matter of time.

I hope you enjoy JPs CFL career then!

Loserman is not worth a 3rd or 4th rounder, we should have traded him for The Holcombator when we had the chance especially since the wily vet was released in a salary cap move.

Most likely because Atlanta net a higher draft pick.
