the era of the cap makes it hard to keep the same players on a team for years to come.
Evans is still young but may not be here if we can't come to contract agreement.

Having a young team is a good thing! We just need to make sure that we have a couple of older veteran guys who have been around the block a few times to provide leadership and mentor the younger guys.
