No freaking way. ONLY if as Tatonka suggests and it is very backloaded would I like that deal. I don't think that would be the case as guaranteed money is what all free agents are looking for. This guy has done NOTHING to warrant such a contract. I thought what Wilford got was overpaid but closer to what I would pay.

Wilford got 13mil over 4, or an average of 3.25/year. 3.66/yr really isn't that much different especially if the upfront money is similar and (most likely) the bigger numbers come in the later years.YardRat Wall of Fame

The size of the contract (if true) is a bargain for the Bills. The length of the contract is great IF it doesn't have a huge signing bonus. If Bryant were to come in and not be very effective, it would be painful for the Bills to cut him after a couple years.Last edited by TigerJ; 03-10-2008, 08:04 AM.I've made up my mind. Under cash to cap it wouldn't be backloaded, right? Isn't that the opposite of cash to cap? Under that kind of a deal, if he tanks, we can cut him at any time with no penalty. As long as it doesn't keep us from our priority extensions, I'm fine with it."It is better to be divided by truth than to be united by error." -- Martin Luther
