who says he is overrated? he just had a bad year last year that is all and he still made the pro bowl. and with the addition of stroud he will have a great year this year i am predicting

Schobel's problem is he followed the career of a true franchise ie once is a franchise's lifetime player like Bruce Smith. If he followed in the steps of any other DE in our history we'd be bragging how great he truly is/ I'm just glad we've been to keep him for as long as we have. It's obvious how important the front office feels he is by their continual re-signing him while he's still under contract.

Aaron is one of the bright spots on Buffalo whether you want to believe it or not. Sacks aren't just everything to a DE. ESPN would have you believe they are though, so if you believe them, I apologize for your ignorance.

If he had an "off" year, he wouldn't have made the Pro Bowl. And for the record, he was selected by the players and coaches he faces each week so that should tell you something. If not, again I apologize for your ignorance.

he made tons of plays behind the line on running plays, did ok in hurries, got some but not enough sacks, got a ton of tackles, and forced about a half dozen fumbles.

he made the probowl because he is one of the best at his position even in an off year (and it was). look at it this way -- aaron has an off year and our whole pass rush seems to be crap. when he has his good years the passrush is effective.

sounds like he is a very important part of our pass rush = good de.

with the new talent i expect a 15 sack type season
