Many consider it a foregone conclusion that quarterback J.P. Losman will be spending the 2008 campaign in a different NFL uniform than the one in which he spent his first four NFL seasons. Naturally, with published reports earlier this offseason indicating his desire to get a fresh start, it's not surprising to think that the former first-round pick would be moved http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?news_id=5926

Re: Losman Still Valued By the Bills
Hopefully Atlanta will step up an offer a 4th or maybe even a 3rd. They are in desperate need of a QB with only Shockley and Redman as their QBs. Even if they draft Ryan are they really going to throw that guy into the fire with no WR or TE, and only Turner to give the ball to? Hopefully they'll decide to take a chance on JP and we can move him making everyone involved happy.

Re: Losman Still Valued By the Bills
translation to this article is simple..........
we aregoing with trent when he ****s up JP will be here to pick up the pieces. JP was our scapegoat last year for our paltry roster this year it will be trent and we will bring back JP to help appease the fan base when trent goes south. hopefully this will save our jobs for another offseson

Re: Losman Still Valued By the Bills
or another way to read it is, "we know we have a bunch of fans who may or may not be season ticket holders. These 8 JP advocates have requested his jock to be sent to their house and that we give JP a 9th chance to prove himself. While we here at OBD aren't as stupid as those fans, we don't want to alienate them as paying customers. So we've put together this feel good article to quiet those fans and to let the rest of the NFL that we haven't heard the offer we'd like. We've screwed the kid for 4 years, why would we stop now and send him packing for anything less than what we want."

Roddy White had over 1000 receiving yards last year despite their quarterback issues.
They still have Norwood to back-up Turner.

Re: Losman Still Valued By the Bills
If Atlanta drafts Ryan or Brohm in Rd 1, they'll have either back up Redman while learning the system.
JP isn't an improvement over Redman, in fact, they just released two guys who at worst are JPs equal.
