Sidney Crosby (http://penguins.nhl.com/team/app/?service=page&page=PlayerDetail&playerId=8471675) will not play tonight against the Buffalo Sabres.

The Penguins captain experienced pain in his right ankle during the team's morning skate and elected to sit out tonight's game against the Sabres. He said he expects to play Sunday.
