Love your first 2 picks, but I think you have Harrington and Sullivan too high. Maybe a CB in the 3rd round.

BTW, did you mean DRC won't last, or won last?

Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Call me crazy but I'm not putting Kelly as the #1 pick. I think Jordy Nelson WR KS 6'2" 217 lbs is a better value and better fit at WR in round 3. He projects to be a solid tough slot type ..maybe not the big playmaker that Kelly is.. but a chain mover.

1-Derrick Harvey DE FL ( speed edge rusher)
2-Fred Smith TE USC ( best TE ready to contribute now)
3-Jordy Nelson WR KS ( great size, built for slot)
4-Justin King CB PennSt. ( good potential, size makes good replacement for Greer)
5-Owen Schmitt FB WV ( Turk wants to use FB, guy has a mohawk)
6-Jamey Richard C UB ( local guy with potential)
7-Michael McGlynn G Pitt (apparently a really good long snapper to boot)
Kent Hull for Hall of Fame

We need a big time, big play #2 WR more than a DE. Nelson would probably be a nice compliment to whomever that #2 guy is.

Andre Caldwell over Nelson. He'll be a decent #2.

              I'd go

R1 Dominique Rogers-Cromartie CB Tenn St
              R2 Dre Moore DL Maryland
R3 Adarius Bowman WR Oklahoma St
R4 John Carlson TE Notre Dame
R5 Kirk Barton OL Ohio St
              R6 Andrew Studebaker DE/OLB Wheaton
              R7a Marcus Henry WR Kansas
              R7b Kyle Wright QB Miami

I'd see if we could get Kalimba Edwards DE and Brett Romberg C in FA and I'd also take a punt on Mike Williams WR ... with nothing left there is nothing to lose.
