In terms of stats, he seems to be an upgrade over Hargrove.

Wha wha wha...? The Bills are bringing in players for a serious playoff run? Aw but I thought we were aiming for 8-8, I'll be happy with that!

If he can replace Hargrove then I am happy.

He's already replaced Hargrove as he was who the Rams brought in after losing Hagrove and Wistrom. He's a far cry from when he was at his best 4 years ago but could give some veteran depth yet think would also draft a guy with a little more speed to push him for a roster spot were to sign Hall.

I hope we sign him. It will open up one more spot in the draft for an offensive player.

He's almost strictly a 3-4 type defensive end in terms of being effective.

He could be effective as a 4-3 pass rusher too, off the edge.

He had his best year playing for Dick. Maybe he likes Dick so much that he'll do better here.

He was a captain so he would provide leadership.

He played in a 4-3 his whole career.

I wouldnt mind this pickup, u can cut Denney cause i am sick of waiting for him to get a sack other than against the Dolphins, he is also making alot of money to be ab backup, cut Reed too. LOL he sucks come on

He played in a 4-3 his whole career.I was about to post the same exact thing. How could you know he's strictly affective in a 3-4 scheme when has never played in one in the NFL?

Hall seems like a good pick up if he is used like Hargrove was last year- but the deciding factor will be whether or not he will take less of a role, and more importantly less money. Atrain and Kthomas were decent pick ups from past jauron eras so, i have no problem with getting guys he has coached before.
We do need another DE but i still think were going after another DE in the draft - having three older veterans on the roster could be a disaster if there play all drops at once, plus we dont know wheter denny will competly come back from his foot injury
