What the hell does that mean?

That may have been a clause in his contract. Or maybe he's just being loyal to the team that treated him so well. Or maybe bellychuk worked his voodoo on him?

It doesn't bother me. Brown has always seemed like a class act to me, he may just be honoring an obligation.

That was one part about it. how is he gonna guarantee that he wont play them.

The most annoying part is now we have EX- pats still blowing them even after their long gone.

Players are now "quietly protesting" against teams that are trying to beat the Pats?

What the hell is this? Its more and more like the evil empire in Star-Wars by the minute.

I wonder if Belichump even knows how to cheat death at this point.

Talk about over reaction of the week. Who cares? Brown is a way past prime WR and of course this is completely legal. Any player who is a FA is free to sign with any team for whatever reason.

It chapped my backside. I hate the Pats, always will, and stuff like this is annoying. Thats how I feel, plain and simple.

Maybe he is one of the rare few who are a "fan" of the team they play for and see it as more than just a paycheck.

I can honestly say that if I was of NFL caliber, I would not play for any other team besides the Bills and would take a minimum salary just to make sure it happened.
But with that said, if the Bills just did not want me, I would not want to play for a team that has to face them on a yearly basis. I would understand and accept (unwillingly and I would pray for a mad case of diarrhea) the fact it would be an NFC team that would have to play them once every four years at a minimum.
