Smiley, Torbor, and McCown. The rest range from underwhelming to camp fodder.

The rest are depth which we sorely lack.....and special teamers.

I actually hope Miami gets better along with the Bills. It's time to bury New England and get back to the rivalry.

they just added tab perry (http://www.palmbeachpost.com/dolphins/content/sports/epaper/2008/03/15/0315perry.html) today, another special teamer. how psyched is ted ginn? they went from having nobody who can play special teams to setting up competition for special teams jobs. i'm down for that; last year the blocking and coverage were both godawful.

While they do need to address the QB position, Miami will be a force in the coming seasons. Parcells knows about team building, and he will have everyone in the organization pointing in the same direction, with winning being the one criteria.

Make fun of them while you can, because Miami is headed back fast. They will be much better next season, and in a couple years they will be like Dallas is now. They are putting the organization and people in place.

Parcells has never "shopped for the groceries" before. It could go either way. It's no lead pipe cinch that he will succeed.

Yeah he has, Jerry let him make a lot of his own moves in Dallas.

Dallas hasn't won a playoff game with these Parcells players.

He'll get them back to respectability and then bail before having the chance to get to the next step. Seems to be his MO since New England.

They are a lot closer to being contenders than they were before he got there.

Why even bother arguing with EE. No matter what, he would never admit they were heading in the right direction. That's just the EE way

on a minor note, Dolphins signed WR Tab Perry, probably to assist in return help with Ginn etc

I actually like what Perry brings to the table, he can play a little bit of everything. The Bengals even had him play QB on the goal line and RB in some situations.

his agents say that he is 100% and feeling great since his hip injury from a while ago, but I guess we'll see.

I'm happy with this year's FA. ST really needed some improvement since we let most of our ST aces go last year. We may not being showing a desperation "must win now, no matter the cost" like the Jets, but it seems like there is a plan established and I can't remember the last time that happened.

Tab Perry can be a very good WR... Wilford, Ginn, Perry is not a bad WR corps at all.

FINS SIGN CROCKER (http://www.profootballtalk.com/2008/03/28/fins-sign-crocker/)

Posted by Mike Florio on March 28, 2008, 10:37 p.m.
After keeping fairly quiet for the past few weeks, the Miami Dolphins continue to re-make their roster by adding free agent safety Chris Crocker.
Per Adam Schefter of NFL Network, it’s a one-year, $1.15 million deal, which includes a $300,000 signing bonus.
Crocker, a five-year veteran, started 14 games for the Falcons in 2007. He spent two years in Atlanta after playing for three seasons in Cleveland.
The Fins’ current online roster shows eight other safeties, including newcomer Keith Davis and holdovers Jason Allen and Yeremiah Bell.
