    Beck says he is improved, unfazed by QB challengers

    Although Josh McCown said he expects to be the Dolphins' starting quarterback, you won't hear any similar declaration from John Beck. But Beck explained last week why he believes he has improved, and insists he doesn't care if the Dolphins draft a quarterback in the early rounds.

    In two months working with new quarterbacks coach David Lee, Beck said he has received more individual coaching on technique than he did all last season.............

        He would have to improve 100% to attain mediocrity.
        Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

          I haven't seen enough to make up my mind about Beck yet.. I think overall he has a chance to be a very efficient type of QB. He seemed to be accurate on his short to intermediate game, I don't think Ted Ginn Jr. is the best fit for him as a WR..

                  I think this is true 95% of the time with QB's in the NFL their first couple of years.

                      I still like Beck and think he was a good pick.

                      I bet he appreciates what Edwards was able to accomplish last year with the Bills.

                          I liked the Edwards pick as well. Anytime you have a guy like Walsh endorse a QB you know something goods gotta come from it.

                              Catch some highlights from the Eagles game last year. Ginn and Beck clearly had some things clicking
