I think that those handful of 7 & 8 goal games had something to do with it. This team is very streaky and when they feel good, they really turn it on...it's pretty strange.

That is exaclty it.

I think it is a sign of a young and talented team that needs a calming influence.

except they have us at 225 AS OF MARCH 19. We haven't had a game since March 16, until tonight- that would still put us at 232 by their calculations.

Someone is wrong- either ESPN or NHL.com- I don't know which.

isn't TSN owned by ESPN? How can they both have different numbers? They need some serious quality control consulting.

This all doesn't matter if we don't make the playoffs. How about leading the NHL in goals and don't make the playoffs? That might be a first in Pro Sports history. :ill:

being a buffalo sports fan in general, you get used to the crap games, so I always stay the way through...but I got home at around 9pm and right when i turned WGR on they started the comeback, so i tuned in at a great time!

I kept it on because I wanted to see if they would fight or implode. The most I got from that game is that Tampa really sucks.

We also are starting to beat up on weaker teams to pad our stats, which if we makes the playoffs only makes our current players that much harder to sign. Otherwise, yeah we beat up their backup goalie pretty bad.
