~The PC Times: As of 7:00 am est.

What a crazy turnout at the polls so far. We have one candidate with one vote, and that vote came from that candidate. Sometimes people are extremely over confident. To be honest, I secretly hope the lack of votes for him was due to his calling the PC Times "a rag". Oh and, even his Vice President has not voted for him yet. Wow!

There's also been an alien invasion in the Playa column. The Election Supervisor caught the hanging chad, and immediately removed the vote. This visual shows the actual numbers as of 7:am est.

But with nineteen votes thus far, L.A. Playa has the lead with 8.

Surprisingly in second place, is what I called the "unelectable" one. a.k.a. Gunzlingr. As I said in a previous article, he was someone who isn't in it for the power, the glory, or to be the mighty ruler of the zone. He doesn't want to be a mod, which is the reward for winning this election. With six current votes, none of which are his own, he is definitely in the running.

Close behind, is the squirrel feeder, the gentle one, the strong believer in giving people a second chance, or at least the first candidate to suggest that. Was this reporter correct? "Your staff represents you." Could a certain out-spoken staff member be causing his numbers to be lower than they should be? Personally, if I were Bedard, I'd give that staff member the whole bag of nuts to go chew on in a corner. But that's just me.

We'll keep an eye on the numbers and update you on anything we find newsworthy. Because we're not a "rag". Just as a reminder from your Election Supervisor, Shelby, The polls close at 8:30 pm on Friday, March 21.

Have a great voting day!

Clearly I'm bringing Bedard down... oh, and by the way, learn to count. Shelby took away the extra vote from the total, Playa has 9 legitimate votes.

The PC Times follows the rules. On this subject it has directed it's attention through an anonymous tip, towards a clear violation of the election rule which states:

While you are free to campaign, you may NOT spam or post threads in other forums seeking votes. And your campaigning outside the designated forum will be monitored. This isn't something that the whole board will get wrapped up in, and it won't be forced on them.

The evidence: http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/sho...98#post2380098
The admission of guilt: "Clearly I'm bringing Bedard down. - BlackMetalNinja"
The results are up to you, the voter.

In all fairness, you are not voting for this person, even if it seems that he has stolen the whole bag of peanuts for himself. You are voting for his candidate.
You need to decide for yourself just how much the of the crunching sounds you can handle, and if it has any bearing on your decision about the actual candidate, MBBedard, and his running mate, jfreeman.

You Decide. Who will be the 2008 Zone President?

I think the press is trying to become the story, rather than reporting the story.

The PC Times apologizes for the bad link that it received from it's anonymous source. Maybe one of the mods or admins removed it because it clearly violated the election rules. We will investigate and correct any errors that we find.

~The PC Times did not have a problem with said link.
http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/showthread.php?p=2380098#post2380098

Do you enjoy playing these games on a daily basis? Do they help pass along what might otherwise be a boring and mundane day? If you are one of the more than 40 people who have been voting each day in the March Madness threads, or if you just say Yes to any of those questions, then your help is needed!

Head over to the voting thread for the first Zone Primary here:
Vote in the First Zone Primary (http://www.billszone.com/fanzone/showthread.php?t=148977)

and make your voice heard! MBBedard is the man that brings you this entertainment on a daily basis and it's ideas like his that continue to make the Zone a more entertaining and enjoyable experience.

LA Playa... the same man who up until a week ago made false promises of "beer and pussy" for everyone, and whose sig said he'd slap a ***** that didn't have his money, is now proposing a plan to censor these very same games you enjoy. He wants them to be moved to the No-TOS Zone because they are too "risque". Coming from a man known for what he is, this seems absurd! While I thorughly encourage all to donate to this site and gain access to the No-TOS, I understand that isn't always an option.

So help keep your favorite zone games right where they belong and vote for Bedard!

Thank you for voicing your concern.

What's the problem?

I find it disgusting that some candidates and staff cannot seem to follow the rules whether it is in regards to the debate, voting, or the campaign in general. Especially when it is obvious that zone staffers used their power to remove violations of their candates. :shakeno: If they can't follow the simple rules of the zone election what does that say about what kind of administrations they would run.
