Vernon Gholston. Knapp doesnt need a big time RB to have a good rushing attack. Zone blocking = anyone = 1000+ yard rusher.

You're assuming Al Davis uses logic.

Actually I like what Al Davis is doing with his defense this year... and im betting its going to be a very very good D.

He's going to have the best CB tandem in the league for starters with Asamogha and Hall. Not to mention his #3 and #4 CBs that can start for many other teams in the league, Stanford Routt and Fabian Washington. Then add in 2 very good DTs in Tommy Kelly and Terdell Sands and a pass rushing DE that has been one of the best pass rushers in the league over the last 3 years Derrick Burgess. His LBs are the fastest in the league, Kirk Morrison, Thomas Howard and Robert Thomas.

I think his target in this draft is Gholston to complete his defense. With 2 big-time pass rushers, 2 run stuffing DTs, and 2 BIG lockdown CBs, he might actually have one of the best defenses in the league.

And we have to play the Raiders....

They just spent a load at DT. They have 3 RB's that can carry the ball. I'm thinking they surprize and go with Vernon Gholston.

Dorsey. The Raiders got some good production from their current RB lineup and will look to build a strong defense with Dorsey falling to them...
