For the first time since the 1992 season, the Broncos' full-time placekicker will not be named Jason Elam.
The franchise leader with 236 games played — two more than John Elway — Elam's 15-year career in Denver ended Friday when he signed a four-year, $9 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons.

Jason comes home to Atlanta. He had the HS record for longest FG record in GAHS till UGA K Brandon Cotuu broke it in HS.

He's kicking in a dome half the season and considering our alternative was Morten "I cant kick a FG outside of 35 yards" Andersen, he's a definite upgrade.
