Concerns? Questions? I will address each with honesty and integrity.

What is your response to the accusation of you having a back door deal with another campaign?

DraftBoy

Do you think you'll rebound from your current spot in time to catch Playa or MBB? Why is that? What strategy does your campaign plan to use in going forward from here? What are you pinning your hopes on?

Say what? I don't know what you are talking about. Seriously. Chern and I are planning as if we are going to move on, and haven't made any decisions regarding who we will endorse if we don't reach the next debate.

Im not saying it, but it was brought up in the Open Debate thread, so I figured Id give you the chance to clear the air. But you are 100% denying the allegation?

How can I sit at the head of a table if it's a round table debate???

We could have done much better last time if people who claimed to be our supporters would have actually voted. Hopefully this time around they will visit the polls as it is do or die. If we can get them here, I think we can pull through.

We plan to keep on doing what we have been- promoting a return to glory for the zone, and proving that we are in this for the good of the zone, not for a personal powertrip. We have some reforms we would like to address in the future and hope we get to present them.

It all boils down to getting our supporters to the polls.

Now that's a great question and why does BMN get to sit at the head of the table over say me?

Which Candidate(s) do you think are out for personal powertrips and why?

Which reforms are you specifically speaking about?

Absolutely. We haven't been approached by anyone from any campaign, and have made no decisions regarding who we will endorse if we don't move on.

I keep hearing how everyone deserves/wants to be a moderator. What else can you call a personal quest for a position of power other than a personal powertrip? Using law enforcement as an example, because that is what a mod is, you know what kind of people generally want to become cops. People who want power and the opportunity to use. I don't want power, I don't want to be a cop. I want to be able to help the zone by providing a voice, even if it is only 1 voice, that isn't part of the system.

As for reforms, I would like to see the abolition of the post count. The number of posts a person makes says nothing about what they contribute to the site. Look at me, I think I am 5 on the list, I could care less. Same goes for rep. It was fun for awhile, but few people other than Ltfinfan use it anymore, and all it does is cause whining and hard feelings.

Regarding the head of the table concern? Seriously?

it is a round table so that we are seated as equals, with no man better than the next.

That doesnt answer the question fully Gunz, I said what Candidate(s), or staff members even are you referring to. You are the campaign of openess and honesty but not now?

Doesn't Playa want to be a mod? EE? MBB?

If the shoe fits....

So you're saying that because you simply dont want to be a mod that makes you less of a personal power grab?

Have you asked each candidate if they want to be a mod, or if they want to be President and are willing to accept that part of position. I think you may be surprised by your answer.

****in' A right that is what I am saying. I don't want any powers. NONE! I know that to some people that is hard to grasp, but I care far more for this place than that. I have put many hours here since July 2002, including time as a moderator (which I did not actively seek), and it means a lot to me. You can spin all you want, but facts are facts. I am the only one running that has stated that they DO NOT want to be a moderator. Has playa said that? No.

Why should he? or any other candidate for that matter. I understand why you say it and it does in fact make you a unique candidate in that regard, but I dont think that the correlation between accepting all position of the President (including moderator) and being personally power hungry are as strong as you are trying to make them out be. That's merely my only point here.

I knew that was going to be the answer before I scrolled down. Same answer I would give.

All three of the other candidates have expressed interest in being a mod and Gunz is the only candidate that has expressed interest in NOT being a mod.

There is the answer Ive been looking for the whole way. Simple to the point and cant have a response to it. Its the exact answer that would of ended this discussion about 7 posts back.

I think you read that plus a lot more which was not needed to be said and led to further follow up questions. Key to any electoral race to answer the question and that's it. Something our current group of candidate (for US President) dont seem to grasp. You say more then is needed, you usually slip up and provide your opponent with the perfect opportunity to back you into a corner you dont want to be into. A little advanced on the Campaign Strategy part but not too bad.

Now that's my candidate. Where was this disdain for humanity (or, in this case, DraftBoy) earlier?

Anyhoo, we've got work to do!
