Titans sign restricted free agent CB/KR Chris Carr to offer sheet
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Restricted free agent cornerback/kick returner Chris Carr has signed an offer sheet from the Tennessee Titans.
The Oakland Raiders will have seven days to match the contract once they receive the sheet.
If Oakland chooses not to match, Carr will join the Titans without Tennessee having to give up a draft pick. That's because Carr joined the Raiders as an undrafted free agent coming out of Boise State in 2005.

I don't either. I just hate the Titans and think they're targeting players the Bills are interested in, which bugs me.

I'm glad they targetted him.

Being a Browns and Bills fans, I know both teams expressed interest.

Carr has ZERO role on either squad. Thankfully someone else is going after him instead of us wasting our money on a guy who's only contribution is returning.
