He's not as big as what many consider ideal for a possession WR but he is a presence on the feild that will draw double teams away from Lee.

Right.
Because he has averaged 92 catches for 1,375 Yards (14.9 YPR) and 9 TDs over the last 5 years.
Plus, the Bengals will take a big cap hit when trading him, because all his unamortized bonus money will accelerate.
Yeah, a 3rd sounds about right.
While you at it, offer them a 4th and J.P. Losman for Carson Palmer. I'm sure they'll jump at it.
