One of my buddies for the past 20 years, and the former Nielsen Regional Manager from Hartford CT, Roger Hird, should know.

He quit Nielsen to join his father in law's business. His Father in law goes into old rust belt factories and strips the places of their machinery. Roger then goes around and they re-sell used industrial equipment- mainly furnaces.

Do you want me to hook you up?
