    Todd McShays Mock Draft 6.0

    11. Buffalo Bills -- Malcolm Kelly, WR, Oklahoma

Record: 7-9 | Needs: WR, TE, CB, DE, FS, OT, OG
Previous mock selection: Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy
This might be a bit of a reach for Kelly, but I am hearing the Bills will take him this high as long as he checks out physically during his on-campus workout April 9. Kelly is the type of big receiver the Bills need to add to their roster as a complement to Lee Evans. He is unusually fluid for a bigger wideout, and he might have the strongest hands of any player in the 2008 draft. However, if the team is not convinced of Kelly's long-term durability, it likely will use this selection on a cornerback, such as Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

One thing I thought was interesting was he had us taking Tracy Porter from Indiana who had a great '07, and is a playmaker.

What do you think of this pick?

Ive been reading the past couple weeks his draft stock is dropping like a rock because of injury concerns....all I know is one knock on Lee Evans was his knee and look at him now...hopefully we make the right decision again with Kelly.

my only thing is he has DRC going past us... i think if thats the case there will be teams willing to trade up to our spot for him, and we can get kelly or sweed later

That way we could have Tracy and Ashton, that would be the most metrosexual sounding CB tandem I've ever heard of in my life! To top it off, after Sunday's games we could all get our nails done!

I just read through the whole thing again.. I would be disappointed if we took Kelly with #11, I want us to go elsewhere with that pick and I'd be pissed off if we passed up Hardy/Doucet if they were available with our pick in round 2.

-- Ray Rice in the 2nd round is a bit odd, first time I've seen him going there because of his lack of size.

-- If Brian Brohm isn't the 2nd QB taken this year, I will be awfully surprised.

Jake Long or Chris Long I'd be happy if the Dolphins draft either.

Mine used to be Kiper, but its becoming Mayock. I think he was right, in hind-sight, that Cutler was the best QB that year.

not really a big fan of mayock(he always seem to have a hard on for all things boston) but kiper is usually pretty dead on every year
