All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Just heard on Sirius this morning, some caller asked about the Bills drafting a WR at #11 if it's too early and such. Randy Cross and Carl Banks discussed the possibilities, and pondered whether the Bills should draft a QB at #11 instead, saying their QB situation is still not good.

Right.....
Wow, that's not good.
However, I have Sirrius as well and Randy Cross never, ever, does his homework. He probably didn't know that Edwards played last year.
They are right about one thing...... the QB situation isn't very good. Hopefully it improves, though I don't see how bringing in yet another rookie QB is going to help us unless we think we can land a franchise QB. After R1 it's fair game and we should draft another QB at some point.

There are NO guarantees in my mind that Edwards will be a good QB. I have a good feeling about him but I am the ultimate optimist.
I agree there are no guarantees, but it doesn't mean we have a bad QB situation that requires us to draft one in the first round.
Jay Cutler has done next to nothing to garner any guarantees, but no one is talking about Denver needing to draft a QB, in ANY round. What exactly has Matt Schaub done? Vince Young? Jason Campbell? Aaron Rodgers? Yet none of the talking heads are saying these teams should consider a QB in the first day at all.
