    If Desean Jackson......

Were to fall out of the 1st round due to size, would you be for drafting him:

    1) if we had already taken a big WR in round 1?

    2) if we had taken another position in round 1?

If we consider Jacksons explosiveness, return ability, and the notions that shorter WR's have succeeded before such as Steve Smith, one could argue he could be a benefit on offense.

Also, please consider that we could get other needs in other areas of the draft.

Nah, Miami is going to take him with 1st overall pick anyways. Desean is going to bring alot to their kick return / punt return game with Ted Ginn Jr..

No the guy weighs 169 and has no desire to hit the weight room...

Why would you even bring this up unless we had cut Roscoe Parrish !!!!!!

Oh and no Mario Manningham also..............

Not while we have Parrish... The playbook is limited whenever he's on the field because of his lack of size. We can't compound that.

            1) Large WR
            2) Impact TE
            3) Nickle CB
            4) Large WR again

It's funny how we all know about Roscoe's limitations due to lack of size, but some would take almost the same guy in Jackson.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Jackson is Ted Ginn v2.0 with less speed and better routes. No way do I touch this guy.

Depends what we did in the rest of the draft. If we somehow got a big WR in round 1 like Devin Thomas, Hardy or Kelly then I would say Jackson in the 2nd round would be a nice pick for this team.

if jackson is there at our 2nd round pick you take him no questions asked even if we already have a wide reciever from the 11 pick. 2 reasons why- 1) there is no great TE prospect but a ton of good ones anywhere from rounds 2-5 you can get a TE and we have the ammo to move up especially in middle rounds if there is one we want late in round 2 or 3. 2) right now our most lacking position is WR so if we can grab 2 of the top 4 prospects at that position we have to take them. surround trent with as many weapons as possible and give him the best chance to succeed, jauron has already tied his future to trent.

ah one more good reason, the CB class is deep 2, we could get 2 recievers a TE and CB all in the first 3 rounds easily.

A bit difficult to get 4 players in 3 picks... Let Jackson go, I don't care if it's round 4!

not really if you go by the trade value chart it would be easy to trade back into the late second or early 3rd if we have a trading partner and the player we want is there. we have never had a problem finding trading partners when we wanted back into the high second last year and the first 2 years before that in a row.

We, to some degree of desperation, need 4 players out of this draft. Not only do we need 4 players, but we need talented players with size... WR, TE, CB, WRII. We don't get all of them by trading up. Sorry but those are the constraints on the Bills.

Now, with that said, pretend you're bellyache for a moment... When you see Roscoe on the field, do you even have to defend the run? Not really... That's the handicap for having a midget on the field.

Why in hell would we ignore our real needs and double that handicap let alone trade up and lose picks for the honor?!!

NO THANKS... Bills drafting Jackson is a bad idea!!
