Torn ACL, I doubt he applies for another year of eligibility. This will knock him down some.

He would have plenty of time to heal and be ready for the 2009 NFL season though. I imagine his measurables would be affected leading up to the 2009 draft, but he ought to be close to 100% by the time training camp rolls around. If someone takes a chance on him in the second round, they could be richly rewarded.

Agreed, everything will depend on his workouts, some rumors are that he may try and play in one of the smaller all-star games if his knee is healed to show scouts he's ready.
