So the NFL schedule finally arrives and like Christmas Day for kids, no doubt many Torontonians ran to their computers in anticipation of the Bills playing a top-notch team at the Rogers Centre. Instead, they read that the Bills will be playing the worst team in football - the Miami Dolphins.
The Dolphins? Of all teams, the NFL decided that a Bills-Dolphins game would be the best "showcase" (and if you didn't notice, I'm using the word showcase loosely) north of the border? Thanks NFL, as if we don't see enough of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats during the CFL season, now the city is forced to watch the NFL equivalent of the 'Cats in the lone regular-season game in Toronto.
