We will be able to trade down. There are going to be a TON of good players available when we pick. Here are some names that could realistically be around when the Bills pick:
Derrick Harvey
Phillip Merling
DRC
Keith Rivers
Brandon Albert
Ryan Clady
Chris Williams
Jeff Otah
Alot of teams are looking for a LT and after Long, only Clady, Williams and Otah really stick out as potential franchise LT's. Now let's look at all the teams that need a solid OT:
#13 Panthers
#14 Bears
#15 Lions
#19 Eagles
#23 Steelers
#29 49ers
Behind Clady, Williams and Otah LT starts to get pretty thin.. I'm thinking that the Bills could find a trade partner with one of these teams. Carolina will most likely stay put because they will most likely have an OT fall to them but if I were the Lions, Eagles, Steelers and 49ers I would be looking to trade up.
DE it's the same tune but there is a huge talent decrease behind Harvey and Merling. Teams that need a DE:

#26 Jaguars

The bottom line is, teams WILL be looking to trade up with the Bills!
