Was he a first rounder?

That's somewhat debatable, due to the nature of the first AFL draft. I believe Lucas was the first player ever 'selected' by the Bills, but the initial draft was preceded with each team claiming the rights to one player from their geographic area, and Lucas played college ball at Penn State.

We have had 3 2nd round quarterbacks and I think Collins was the best. I think Kofler was the worst.

well if youre gonna stick with first round its gotta be losman since hes the only firster i saw on the entire list, well except for kelly of course

if you go into the second round id say matt kofler has to be tops he was awful. then maybe collins but at least he got good enough to start for the redskins after fifty years in the league

and if you go into the third its defenlly gary marangi. that guy might be the worst qb in the history of the league
