All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
to be safe if only wanting to see bills pick id be at tv between 4 and 5
u never know some team could pull a vikings and miss their pick and have 3 teams run up in front of them with this being the first year of 10 minute picks
110mins/60mins = means 1 hour 50 mins from the the start at 3pm.
So between 4:30pm and 5:00pm I would say because Miami's pick should be short and who knows about the others.
The first 2 picks of the draft should take a total of about 3 minutes. Miami already signed Long and St. Louis should already know who they are drafting.
Draft starts at 3pm EST.
10 mins allowed between picks.
Bills draft #11.
Other than mybills and SabreEleven, most can figure out this math.
Assuming each team uses up the 10 minutes window, the Bills would draft around 4:50pm EST.
That would be the latest the Bills can pick under normal circumstances. I think if a team uses up its time and makes a trade at the last minute, the team picking in their pplace can take ten minutes, so it's possible the Bills can pick later. On the other side, it would be hard to imagine Miami taking their full ten minutes. I think 4:30 to 4:45 is a pretty good estimate.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
