Is Malcolm Kelly still the top wide receiver in the draft?

Depends on who's drafting. Cincinnati (No. 9) and Buffalo (No. 11) still need a wideout. But if they've cooled, Kelly may fall to the latter third of the round. In January and February, Mel Kiper had Kelly going to the Bills. In March, Kiper had Kelly out of the first round. This month, he's got him going No. 23 to Pittsburgh.

Did Adarius Bowman really fall from the Big 12's best pro prospect to out of the draft completely?

Hard to believe, especially when most scouts say the combine and pro-day tests are 5 to 10 percent of the evaluation process. But the league's tough new policies on bad behavior make Bowman (marijuana arrest on April 1) a risk. His hands will improve as his laser-corrected eyes do. Then there's that 40 time.
