He got cut in favor of Walker. He's very good. Let's try and sign him.

What is wrong with the line we have?? Jennings and Brown will be back. It might take them a game or two to get the rust off, but after that we should be solid.

Wunch isn't that good. He's about the same as what we already have, except he's older. If they are looking at him, they might as well keep Ostroski.

why add an older backup?

Our OL will be just fine as soon as Brown and Jennings get back to form. the last thing we need right now is an older OL guy...we need all the help we can get on the OTHER side of the ball!!!

Yes, Jennings is good. MW will be. But Brown is highly overrated IMO. If he gets more than 2/3 of what he got when his contract comes up it'll be a stupid signing. He's not a premier G as touted.

If we got another OT, then Jennings could slip back inside to G. Wunsch is pretty good. He's a lot better than most of the OL-men we have. He sure has the experience. He's quite a bit younger than Os, and he's started most of his career.

Sullivan, Teague, Price, have little experience. Plus, while we continue to hear how great they've played, what I've seen on my TV, which apparently is different than what those writing the pieces are seeing, has indicated that we're hurtin' if they have to start. I like Sullivan a lot, especially as a 5th round pick last year. But he still needs some time apparently. Maybe he'll come around this season.

But one of two things; If the OL is as good as everyone says, then Henry really sucks! B/c he sure hasn't done anything behind this "stellar" OL.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; Drew isn't going to carry this team. If we're counting on him, which apparently we are, to toss 40-50 passes a game, w/o a consistent running game, then neither the team nor Drew will do well.

I'd like to see the staff set him up for success, not failure. The apparent inattentiveness to our running game has me highly concerned. And this last "tune-up" against Detroit, one of the few teams worse than us last year, surely doesn't do much for me.

I would rather see what Defensive line talent gets chopped due to cap reasons.....

The OL is fine. JJ returned to practice today and Brown will soon follow. If the Bills are planning on spending some money purchasing lineman, those lineman better be defensive.

Actually Red, Ruben Brown has been practicing almost two weeks now...started back on the 14th. He even played a quarter and a half Saturday night.

Wunsch was just picked up by Seattle.
