From Route 5: Take Ridge Rd to South Park Av.(at the Basillica) Left turn north onto South Park Av. See below..

From Thruway(I-90): Take Exit 55 to take Ridge Rd west towards Lackawanna. Go about 3 miles til you get to South Park Av at the Basillica make right turn north onto South Park Av....See below

Once on South Park Go about 1 mile, just past the golf course and right after the railroad overpass on your right will be the bowling alley.

HOTEL

There is a Hampton Inn (716-821-7966) on Ridge Rd and Slade Ave in West Seneca, just off the Thruway Exit 55. It's only a few miles from the bowling alley

The Sports Bar is located on the left side of the lanes as you look at the bowling alley from South Park. We will have reserved half the Sports Bar with access to the 8' x 8' projection TV. There are also many other TV's located behind the bar and a plasma TV near the front.

1) There's a Subway (eat fresh) that's part of the bowling alley.
2) Their kitchen will use Wys' Wing Sauces :hungry:
3) Should provide ample opportunity for us draftniks to actually hear the draft :gag:
4) Open lanes will be available, so if any of you heroes want to take me on.......make my day :bowl:
5) Variety of video games and pool table are available in between picks in the first rd.

How exciting!


My problem, I was supposed to stand up in my buddies wedding on the night before, April 25th. However, many months ago, the wedding was called off. So now, he’s throwing an Anti-stag! He’s having about 50 guys over at his house for beer and food from about 6-9 on Friday night. Then at 9:00, a rented school bus is coming to pick everybody up and take us downtown. I really don’t know how I’ll be feeling on Saturday morning. I was thinking about only going for the pizza and beer portion, but I know that when I get around these people, I can’t leave.

Plus I was supposed to get tickets to the draft party at the Ralph, but I haven’t heard anything as of yet.

Then again, Recckio’s is seriously about 5 minutes from my house. What kind of zoner would I be if I couldn’t drop by for an hour or so?

I’ll probably stop by at some point.

Ok I will have to let you know. If I have my Car on the road I will have a better chance. My truck will make it but with 12 miles to the gallon it is an expensive weekend right from the start. Is any one staying at the hotel? If I am hanging out in a bowling alley most of the day I doubt I will be in any condition to drive back to Auburn :evil: I hate going to a Saturday afternoon thing and have no one to hang with after. Maybe we should get an after hours to Chippewa street :D.

If I do make it I will bowl a few for sure. I only have a 150 average but this was my first year back since 96. I also had to break in a new ball (Brunswick Monster Screamer) half way through the season and I am still trying to figure it out :huh:

I meant from the 2nd best bowler his average is probably about 25 more. I'm in the low 170's, so I figured his is probably about 200 or so. I sure the hell hope it's not any higer then that or I definitely want on his team.

We're about the same as far as averages go.

Bowling is like riding a bike, you never forget. I took almost 4 years off from bowling and the first week back I bowled over a 600.

I'm pretty consistent every week in a league. Most of my totals will be between 490-530. I'll throw in a few 600's but then I'll also roll a few 450's that messes up my average to all hell.

While my totals are consistent, a lot of my games arent. I'll roll like a 210, but then 160's my other two games. Maybe Clump can give me some pointers.

My ball is so old I don't get the rotation off it I want. I've been meaning to get a new ball, maybe I'll go buy one on Thursday :D
