Day 1 of the draft is a wrap, and 56 of the 63 players selected were among my top 70 players in my Hot 100 (http://www.nfl.com/draft/story?id=09000d5d807e3288&template=with-video&confirm=true). There are some names like Dre Moore, Andre Caldwell and Earl Bennett who I'd expect to be higher than Brandt is considering,

Clearly Early Doucet wasn't that Early :)

I'd really like Thompson or Avril, who are good pass rushing DEs, or Morgan, who would give us another safety.

Actually, Sims and Harrison would be good as well.

I like Connor and Gooden, too, but I think we need help at DE and DT more.

I am so pleased with our first two picks that I cant really even decide where we should go from now on. We really have a good team built now. I would say we need a TE, DE, and OL depth with maybe another WR sprinkled in and I will be so happy with this draft. I am really pissed at Washington for stealing Fred Davis when they already have Chris Cooley, and Dallas for nabbing Martellus Bennet, but that is the way the draft goes right? Rucker is still available as well as Kellen Davis so lets see what happens today!

I like the pass rushers or the DT myself as Stoud is not a long term guy.

Mario is great value here and makes Lee Evans somewhat expendable year after next.

I think Moore should be that guy, as he's big physical, knows where the backfield is and can play some LE too

And here are some other guys who have not been selected

Charles Godfrey
Justin King
Andre Caldwell
Red Bryant
Martin Rucker

IMO he's over rated several players
