That may be true, but you won't get the franchise for 5 years, they are still called the Buffalo Bills, not the Toronto Bills. BTW, Toronto is not greater state the state of NY or even NYC. Toronto is a minature version of NYC and you pattern after them, not the other way around. Just pointing it out.
