I never you could actually change the weapons on your team.

If your over 91 on your selected attribute, you gain that weapon. Lynch gets 95 trucking in my game and is a power back.

I doubt dockery will get one, or even peters... they deserve it, but madden (or anyone outside of western new york) ever gives buffalo much respect.
