Way to resolve the KR and PR problem

Instead of having only one man back, put 2 on KR. Have one on each side and were ever the ball goes the player on that side will return it. On PR, do the same thing. Teams do it on Cold weather games so the bills should do it every game. Imagine a kicker kicking to either McGee or McKelvin, every kickers nightmare. Or having a punting kicking to either Roscoe or McKelvin.
