out of curiousity, Can the NFLPA ask for spygate to be reviewed by an independent source? Seeing that the majority of players could view being jobbed out money and success by a cheating team, can they ask for an independent ruling as a petition to the NFL ruling? And can they seek retribution for games they think had negative outcomes because of the pats videos?
Or is the NFLPA and the NFL on the exact same page on how to deal with this?
I just find it hard to imagine that players who could have gotten playoff paychecks, and endorsement deals, etc that one could extrapolate from "if they didn't cheat" would let this go without a fight.
