What I Look Forward To Seeing

These are things I expect and can't wait to see this year:

    1) Lynch solidifying himself as a duel threat RB
    2) Evans returning to his 2006 form
    3) Edwards becoming the signal caller we have been missing for 10 years
    4) Stroud, McCargo stuffing the inside run with consistency
    5) Poz flying all over the field racking up tackles
    6) Schobel returning to his 10+ sack levels
    7) The Bills in the playoffs!

    damn, its only May...

I'd like to see ball control on Offense (running clock).

I'd like to see the D get off the field on 3rd down.

    The details aren't important.

You're right. I was just watching some of the vids from OTA's and had a homer moment.

I'd like to see them get off in 2 because we force so many fumbles.

            1) Lynch accidentally pushed and rolls over Wilforks knee
5-7. All of them taking turns in ripping Brady's head.

I do not want to see the offense go run, run, pass, punt. Ever.

I do not want to see the defense give another 3rd and 15. Ever. Way to many last year.

                    1. Evans 1400 + yards recieving, 10+ TDs
                    2. James Hardy 900+ yards recieving 7+ TDs
                    3. Lynch 1700 yards + total offense
                    4. Schobel 10+ sacks
                    5. +5 in the turnover ratio by midway point
                    6. No SI covers for us.
                    7. At least 11 Bills vids made by JJames or someone this year - because we pulled off at least 11 wins.
                    8. New England looking up at us in the standings in the AFC East.

Now THAT'S optimism. Even I can't get my hopes up that high. I've been damaged too many times through too many seasons. I'm at the point where I just watch and whatever happens, happens.

That's no fun. You have to be utterly euphoric at this time of year, then lapse into a deep depression when the reality of another lousy season grabs you by the throat. That's my model.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
