Simply make a guess at both the years, contract value AND guaranteed money, if you dont believe he will sign with buffalo just state that. I dont see Lee signing a deal over 4 maybe 5 years max, he's going to want another huge pay day and will take the Fitzy route of signing a shorter deal to maximize his profits.

I'm just guessing, but I'll say: 5 years, $ 45 million, $ 19 million guaranteed.

If I'm not mistaken, the Bills are about $ 30 million under the cap right now. They will have to leave $ 5.3 million of that for their rookie cap and want to have some money left over to try to extend Angelo Crowell after they are done with Evans. And, they are going to want to leave some cash-to-cap space open to pick up additional players in case of injuries (they spent almost all of their cushion last year) and perhaps be able to pick up a player or two at the vet minimum before the season starts (figure on $ 3-5 million for both of these things).

So, that's probably going to limit them to giving him $ 10-15 million as a signing bonus, which means that they are going to have to work the rest of the guaranteed money into the rest of the contract and it will be hard for them to put off a lot of money that way. That will put a limit on how much they can give him in guaranteed money, especially since they probably don't want to be in a position where they would be committed to paying guaranteed money to a speed receiver who is 31-32 years old.

I can see Evans wanting to top Berrian's contract and the Bills holding firm on not giving him the same kind of money as Fitzgerald got and maybe arguing for the kind of "hometown discount" that Moss gave the Pats (which I'm not sure that Evans will be willing to give the Bills). So, I can see a lot of wrangling going on over a variety of different clauses and possible bonuses as they negotiate this contract. And, I'm not sure that it will be easy for them to arrive at a mutually acceptable deal or that they will be able to get it done quickly, even if both sides really want to get something done.
