                Key Points -

                - certain similarities but a lot of noticeable changes in the offense
                - the QB has a lot more flexibility to switch things up if he sees something
                - he said what Evans said... that Schonert's playing experience is a plus for the offense.
                - feels he'll be a better leader this year because he will understand the offense better
                - only 2nd day so the verdict is still out on Hardy, but he likes what he sees so far
                - has spent a lot of time talking with Evans about football and non-football this off-season trying to build a chemistry with him
                - situation is fine with him and JP. Both are competitive but both players want the Bills to make the playoffs and win. There are no awkward situations between them.
