Hey, obviously the players are reading our site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

http://buffalobills.com/blog/index.jsp?blogger_id=1

Sounds like Schobel is directly targeting us calling BS on his weight loss. Pretty funny.

Aaaron, go eat something and get back to the weight you were at 2 years ago so you don't get pushed around.

So in 2001 he weighed 267
and then in 2002 he weighed 254
In 2003 he weighed 244
2004 his weight was the same
2005 no stat
2006 weight 242
2007 weight 242

Who has the problem with the math? I was in better shape than my older brother growing up. But he had about 5 inches and roughly 40 lbs on me. Guess who won the battles.

What would everyone be saying to Charles Grant and Will Smith if they were Bills?

How about Julius Peppers?

Would we actually be telling them to lose weight to improve their pass rush?

WE ARE SAYING THAT THE WEIGHTS THEY ARE POSTING ARE BS!!

Chris Brown even posted last year that Schobel was down 19 pounds and looked thin. Now we are to believe that he weighed the same for the last 5 years.

It's total BS. Only last year they decided to fix his official weight when he was 262 all years previous years.

2006 - At the mandatory June minicamp he was 245 with 12.5% body fat. By training camp he was down to 240, but added two more pounds of lean muscle and reduced his body fat to 10%. Schobel had 14 sacks that season and went to his first Pro Bowl. He also posted a career high in tackles that year with 95.
2007 - At the mandatory June minicamp he weight 244 and had a body fat of 13.2% and right before camp he was 242 with a body fat of 12.8%.
2008 - Schobel told me that today he weighed in at 248.

So, his body fat went up right after hitting the pro bowl and signing a large contract? And, now he weights more then he has in years? Sweet! Thanks for sharing Schobel.

I heard Matt Light on Sirius, the guy mentioned Freeny, Jason Taylor, and Aaron Schobel as his toughest matchups. This was during last season.

He's obviously having fun with it and some of you guys are just eating it up.

Schobel does look pretty small here, this was his 14.5 sack year.

Also, looks like he is having a great time. Does he ever smile?

It doesn't sound like he is having fun with it... it sounds like he doesn't like taking showers with the rest of the guys for fear of being outed.

That picture is the proof.

Look at the **** eating grin on Moorman. Good thing one of our Pro Bowlers is playing for the right team.

I'm 6'2 205lbs. My friend is 6'5 300lbs and I usually whip his ass when we wrestle and get into shoving matches, therefore I have no problem with Schobel's weight because weight means relatively nothing when it comes to leverage and having a good football IQ and instincts. If Schobel wants to play at 240 lbs then it's fine by me, there have been successfull DE's in this league that have played at a lesser weight than that.

No, not really.

People are making too big of a deal out of this. THe Bills should have continued to lie about Schobel's weight like the rest of the NFL does when discussing their own players.

I love Schobel and think that he is probably our best player on defense but Matt Light a Patriots player talking up his divisional opponent? *gasp* :lmao:

I don't get it. We complain about the media when one of our players gets little recognition and we complain about the player when he gets too much recognition.

For all the geniuses that want to get rid of Schobel or think we are better off without Schobel, what is your plan? What are the better options to Schobel?

All you guys do is talk talk talk but give no logical explanation for the talk.

You want to get rid of Schobel, fine, then what?

looks like Schobel cares about the pro bowl just about as much as most fans do.

Then again, I'd be pissed too if they made me wear those pants.

Thats the same face Schobel made at his wedding, the birth of his children, the day he was drafted, the day he signed that fat $50 million contract....

Ive never seen him with a different expression.
