The key to having a successful league is having owners who are committed to making it work. Too many people like the idea, but when they realize how much time and effort is required, they end up quitting.

I am in the process of recruiting a small group of dedicated owners to make this work. To do so, as I have found out, I must go outside the Zone and bring some folks in to mesh w/ the few serious owners we have ready to go.

Listen guys, I am willing to help out running the league with you rick, I have experienced with sim leagues and own software which we can use to sim games on. what do you say?
